Tuition and Payment Information

Tuition rates are based on the entire school year. 
Tuition can be broken up into ten (10) monthly installments, August-May. 

There is a 5% discount on tuition when paid in full prior to the start of school. 

On the 5th of each month, you will receive an invoice via email from our bookkeeper. 

As a non-profit, we prefer payments by check or cash to avoid the additional credit card processing fees. You can drop your payment off to school at any time.

We also understand the convenience of credit cards. If you choose to pay your tuition by credit card, you can either stop in to the Federation office to make a payment, OR you can pay online via your Quickbooks invoice. 

Sibling Discount

A 10% discount is offered for any additional sibling(s) enrolled.

Tuition Policies

Absences: There will be no prorated payments or credits for absences. This includes illness, early withdrawal for vacations, or extended trips. 

Withdrawals: Refunds of tuition paid prior to the first day of school will be considered only if there is a child on the waiting list for replacement.

Returned Checks: You are charged any fees associated with returned checks.
